Last week, SHADE Director Dean Sakamoto introduced the first design conversation series for the Liljestrand Foundation, featuring renowned architects Brigitte Shim and Howard Sutcliffe.
Tune in to KITV this evening at 5pm to hear about SHADE’s work in Chinatown.
Join us for our next community design workshop! SHADE Fellows will be sharing proposals for a Special Improvement District and design vision concepts for improving our River Walk.
Our community design workshop last Thursday was a huge success! Members of the Chinatown community were asked to draw out what they perceived to be the neighborhood boundary of the River Walk.
